BOOKING AND CANCELATION POLICY

When you forget to cancel a booking at the last minute, we lose the chance to fill that slot. To protect our team, we've got a straightforward cancellation policy.

Bookings and Confirmations: When you make a booking (online, by email, or by phone), we’ll ask for your name, email, and contact details. You'll get a secure link to confirm with your credit card, but don't worry—there’s no upfront charge.

 

If you prefer, you can make a 30% prepayment, which will be deducted from your total bill. This can be done in person, by bank transfer, MB Way, or Revolut

We’ll send you a reminder 24h before your appointment. If you don’t confirm it, the booking can be considered incomplete, and someone else might take your spot.

Cancellation Policy:

No-shows: 50% of the booking cost will be charged.

Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice: 30% of the booking cost will be charged.

For bookings made within 24 hours: Cancellations are allowed up to 12 hours after booking.

After 3 no-shows: A 100% prepayment will be required for future bookings.

Group bookings: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

In case of real emergency, we may apply it to future services.

By making a booking, you agree to our cancellation policy. If we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll let you know as soon as possible and rearrange your booking. Any prepayment will be refunded if we can’t provide the service.
