BOOKING AND CANCELATION POLICY
Time is one of the most valuable resources that we have in order to be able to provide our services with quality and professionalism.
Whenever you forget or cancel your appointment without prior notice, DEZ Studio team loses the opportunity to fill that vacancy, and customers on the waiting list lose the opportunity to be served.
Our cancellation policy serves to protect our entire team of professionals who works daily to provide our customers an excellent service as well as allowing all customers on the waiting list, the opportunity of a appointment.
When making your appointment, which can be done online, by email, or via telephone, you will be asked for your full name, email and a contact number, after which you will receive a secure link with a confirmation request by credit card.
DEZ Studio does not have any access to your card's details, so that each new appointment always requires a new confirmation by you, with the card.
No prepayment is charged to your credit card when booking.
If you are not comfortable with this option, a prepayment of 30% of the reserved services is possible (the amount is deducted from the total, after the service is completed).
It can be done in person, by bank transfer, MB Way, or MB reference issued by us.
24 hours before, a reminder of your appointment is sent by text message and email, to all the services which needs to be confirmed or cancelled.
Unconfirmed appointments are not considered to finalized, and DEZ Studio reserves the right to accept another appointment for that same slot.
In case of no-shows, a fee of 50% of the services booked by you, will be charged.
Late cancellations less than 24 hours, a fee of 30%.of the services booked by you, will be charged
Appointments made within a period of up to 24 hours, the cancellation deadline is 12 hours after the appointment.
In the event of a true and unavoidable emergency, all or part of the cancellation fee may be refunded or applied to future services.
No-shows for more than 3 times, a prepayment of 100% will be requested when making the booking.
Group bookings require a deposit of 50% of the booking fee, when making the booking.

When making your appointment, you agree with our cancellation policy.
When we are unable to honor a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible using the contact details you previously provided.
We will do our best to rearrange your appointment - we may offer you to choose another professional, available date or time of your choice.
In the event that it´s not possible for us to provide the service, the pre-payed value will be refunded.
